Working Weekend for FOL

Hi all
Well another weekend over and looking forward to the next one all ready.
Thanks to all who turned up to our weekend at Church Farm. The weather was fairly kind to us. We all did well on Saturday on the work for the FOL. Still loads to do but It looks like we are going to put on a good display again. It was nice to see the kids getting involved again, wasn’t it?
I would like to thank you all for joining in with the Social. For those of you that missed it, I had a go at doing a Telly addicts Quiz on DVD complete with two TV screens. It was something new and it seemed to go down well. Sorry again about the end of the final. (DVD crashed at a critical moment) Well we had a go. Hope it goes better next time.
On Sunday we had the usual coffee morning at 11-00. With more planning for the FOL.. The tent came down straight after as I wanted to get off home to watch England on the box. (We won 1-0. Come on the lads)
We hope you all had a good weekend. We certainly enjoyed putting it on for you all.
Sorry we wont be out at Mandalay but we will see you all soon.

Woolley weekend was very good. It was a working weekend and we got a lot of work done for the F.O.L.We had some good laughs. Social in tent was good an American Supper a lovely spread. Betty Budby's team won the T.V. Quiz a bit of good luck!

Thank you Duncan and Sandra it was a great weekend and a good social we were the bset teleaddicts A great start to our work for FOL we did wonders everybody grafted well done to you all and kids.

Hi there what a great weekend, I think everyone had fun cutting and painting and putting paint on themselves instead of the boards. I have seen some of the pictures and hope it doesn't give the show away too much, I would hate it if everyone knew we were doing Alice in wonderland for the FOL.
We also had a good social on Saturday evening thanks to Duncan, I hope you haven't got a stiff neck after watching that tele. at such a close range. Well I must go now and get back to work making more for our display. See you at Mandalay.
