SoB SoB. Well what a weekend SOB SOB . First England football loose to Russia. SOB SOB then Sheffield speedway loose in Premier final. SOB SOB. Then England Rugby team loose to South Africa in World Cup. SOB SOB. Then to cap it all Lewis Hamilton doesn’t win in the Formula 1. SOB SOB SOB. Well it’s a good job we had a winner with Caldervales weekend.
Sob. Sorry but I am sat at my computer after watching Lewis loose the world championship.SOB SOB. Sorry if the ink runs with the tears. ( Snap out of it you silly fart I hear you cry.) OK I will.
This weekend we have been to Ingbirchworth with our Stewards Brenda & Peter.
Sob. The weather was wall to wall sunshine all weekend. We was a bit late on Friday so we didn’t manage to get for a cuppa, But those who don’t have to work were greeted to the usual warm welcome from our Stewards. SOB (sorry) As The local hostelry has been pulled down and built on already ( another reason to SOB) we all stayed on site and had a drink in our vans. Sob, Sob,
Our clan was joined by Barrie to cheat with the Quiz. Sorry did I say cheat? I meant to say confer. ( Same thing really) We had a good night. Thanks to all involved.
Saturday morning and the sun was shining. What an end to the season we are having. The shopping crew went to do what they do best, leaving the Golf crew twiddling there thumbs.( Local courses £30.00 a round. No thanks. Were not that good.)SoB ,Sob (Sorry still at it) Sandra And I went to watch Sheffield Tigers Speedway in the Premier league final on Saturday night. What a waste of time. We got hammered. Nearly 400 mile round trip. Sob, Sob. Never mind we still had the England Rugby team to fall back on. SOB SOB. The rest is history.
Sunday morning and to top it all our naffing gas ran out. SOB bloody SOB. I may be making it sound like I had a Bad weekend, But it’s a good job We went away in our van.
Sunday morning after changing the gas bottle in my y fronts we had the coffee morning in glorious sun shine.
After the van Prize won by Mr & Mrs Hall We had the Quiz answers. (I think that calls for another SOB SOB) Another of Peters Quizzes. Can we stand it I hear you cry? Only Joking Peter. Keep it up. It keeps us on our toes.
We are very near the end of another season and meets like this make me look forward to the next one. (Apart from the sporting blunders) SOB SOB.

Hi there, just back from another good weekend at Ingbirchworth, hosted by Brenda & Peter.
Still the weather is being kind to us ,a little cooler at night but I can stand that when the days are so nice. A little disapointing as far as sport goes ( no golf ) I bet you thought I ment rugby and F1 & Duncans trip to speedway. The ladies went shopping as usual, don't forget you are now one up on our golf society, What an area for walking, plenty of places to go and the scenery is nice as well,with autumn changing all the trees to lovely colours.Peter managed to slip in another quiz just to get everyone going at coffee morning.
Thanks again to Brenda & Peter for a good time and look forward to next weekend at Eckington with Margaret & Jack.
