From Markham roundabout on the A1, take the A57 towards Lincoln for appox. 6 miles, as you enter Dunham on Trent you will see the White Swan PH on the L, turn L 50yds before PH for 50 yds. Turn R into millennium center.

Camping on site is available the site will be open AFTER lunch on Thursday 15th May and will close at lunch time Tuesday 20th May. The meet is only open to Camping & Caravanning Club Members

The following is a rough draft of what is planned for the weekend this could change in the course of time.
THURSDAY 15th May 12: Noon. Onwards site opens, please book in at the Green Tent on arrival.
FRIDAY. TBA
SATURDAY Social
SUNDAY AM. B.C.C. AGM commencing at 10:30 am, followed by Refreshments. (Don't forget your membership Card)
SUNDAY Evening 7:30 PM TBA.
MONDAY. TBA
TUESDAY. 20th May Site Closes 12 Noon

SATURDAY AM. ACs Meeting commences at 9 am.
SATURDAY AM. Management Meeting commences 9 am.
SATURDAY AM. Full Council Meeting commences at 1pm.
SUNDAY AM. B.C.C. AGM commencing at 10:30 am, followed by Refreshments.
SUNDAY PM. Full Council Meeting commencing following AGM.
SATURDAY AM. Councillors Meeting commences following Council meeting

If you want to stay on the road following the AGM there is a THS in Derbyshire run by the BCC councilours for all members.
